Our standard sized cards have a size of 8.8 x 6.3 cm
The jumbo sized cards have a size of 22 x 16 cm
When creating the card, you can upload your card to our card gallery in the last section “Contest”.
This allows other users to see your card and you can show your masterpiece to your friends!
Please note that we check every card before uploading and do not upload offensive cards.

Please give us up to 48 hours to answer you. However, we are usually much faster!
We need up to 3 working days to finish and ship your cards!
Delivery times vary depending on the location:
The delivery time for deliveries to Germany is 4-5 working days.
For deliveries to other countries within the European Union, the delivery time is 5-9 working days.
For deliveries to countries outside the European Union, the delivery time is 5-21 working days.
Nobody likes shipping costs, so we offer a “Free Shipping” option, however there is no tracking with this option. Alternatively, you can book “Tracked Shipping” for €4.90.

If your card arrives damaged, please write directly to our support and send us pictures at the same time. We will then help you out immediately.
You don’t have to worry though, as we send our cards very well protected (with sleeves & hard cover toploaders).
