Before you can order your card, you have to create it in our configurator first. Simply click on the "Configurator" in our navigation/menu or click here.
Then you do the following:
1. Design your card according to your wishes.
2. Click on "Download Your Card" to download your card file
3. If you now want to buy your card, click on "Buy Your Card" or come back here.
Of course you can also create your card with other Poke Card Configurators and have it printed by us. We're very flexible about that.
Our personalized poke cards offer a one-of-a-kind way for
customers to express their love for the card game and showcase their
individuality. Also perfect as a gift for young and old.Printed on durable, high quality cardstock, ensuring that they
will stand the test of time and hold up to frequent use.
After you have created and downloaded your card in the configurator, you can have it printed by us here.
To do this, do the following:
1. Upload the card file here
2. Select the desired size of your card.
Standard Size = 8.8 x 6.3cm
Jumbo Size = 23 x 16 cm
3. Choose the desired effect of your card.
Non-Holo Card = No holo effect on the card
Full Holo Card = Full holo effect all over the card
If you want to buy multiple cards, you have to add them one by one to your shopping cart and come back here to repeat the steps.

Our standard sized cards have a size of 8.8 x 6.3 cm
The jumbo sized cards have a size of 23 x 16 cm
When creating the card, you can upload your card to our card gallery in the last section “Contest”.
This allows other users to see your card and you can show your masterpiece to your friends!
Please note that we check every card before uploading and do not upload offensive cards.

Please give us up to 48 hours to answer you. However, we are usually much faster!
We need up to 3 working days to finish and ship your cards!
Delivery times vary depending on the location:
The delivery time for deliveries to Germany is 4-5 working days.
For deliveries to other countries within the European Union, the delivery time is 5-9 working days.
For deliveries to countries outside the European Union, the delivery time is 5-21 working days.
Nobody likes shipping costs, so we offer a “Free Shipping” option, however there is no tracking with this option. Alternatively, you can book “Tracked Shipping” for €4.90.

If your card arrives damaged, please write directly to our support and send us pictures at the same time. We will then help you out immediately.
You don’t have to worry though, as we send our cards very well protected (with sleeves & hard cover toploaders).
