Shipping information

Shipping costs and information:

We offer two different shipping methods.

1. Free Shipping (without tracking):
   – We ship free of charge to Germany. With the “Free Shipping” shipping method, we ship our cards worldwide for free. However, the cards are sent without tracking so that we can offer our customers this free shipping.
2. Standard Shipping (with tracking):

   – With the shipping method “Standard Shipping” we send our cards worldwide with tracking. However, this shipping costs €4.90, but will be sent with tracking instead.

In the case of deliveries to countries outside the European Union, additional costs may arise in individual cases for which we are not responsible and which you must bear. These include, for example, the costs of transferring money through credit institutions (e.g. transfer fees, exchange rate fees) or import duties or taxes (e.g. customs duties). III. Information for shipping

Delivery times

The delivery time for deliveries to Germany is 2 to 5 working days.

For deliveries to other countries within the European Union, the delivery time is 3 to 12 working days.

For deliveries to countries outside the European Union, the delivery time is 5 to 35 working days.

Information on calculating the delivery date

The deadline for delivery begins on the day after the contract is concluded and ends with the expiry of the last day of the deadline.

If the last day of the deadline falls on a Sunday or a public holiday recognized by the state at the place of delivery, the next working day takes the place of such a day.
